Booking Policy

Cancellation fees do apply to all appointments.

A 24 hour notice period is required for all cancellations or rearrangements of appointments. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, you will be required to pay for your treatment(s) in full.

For any bookings with treatment values over £60, a 48 hour cancellation policy applies. If notice is recieved within 48 hours but outside of 24 hours, the following fees apply:

£61 - £70 value = £15

£71 - £80 value = £20

£81+ value = £25

Payments can be made via bank transfer. Account details will be sent when notice is received.

Mobile Area Coverage

I am based in Bexley, Kent. I travel to any DA & BR postcodes. I can also travel to some TN and SE postcodes. Please contact me via the form below (including your location) if either in TN or SE and I will confirm if I can travel to you.

It will also be a requirement to have parking available, ideally close to the property. If parking fees apply, these will be added to the cost of the treatment(s).
